ICPI – Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute – Ricci’s Landscape Management is a member of the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute that helps provide top technical, marketing, and educational resources for contractors in the concrete paver industry. RLM uses both pavers and permeable pavers to find the best fit for your project.
INLA – The Indiana Nursery and Landscape Association is a not-for-profit trade organization serving the Indiana Green Industry. Through its vast number of seminars, trade shows and functions, certification programs, and promoting the industry, they strive to increase ethics, principles, and proficiency in the Green Industry. Ricci’s Landscape Management has been a proud member for many years with Dean personally serving on the board for 14 years (2 as the President).
NWINLA – The Northwest Indiana Nursery and Landscape Association, established in 1963 is an organization of businesses and individuals devoted to maintaining ethical business practices and professionalism in the horticultural industry in the Northwest Indiana region of the state. Dean served as the President in 1999.

IAH – Through the INLA, many of Ricci’s Landscape Management employees have achieved individual certifications as Indiana Accredited Horticulturists or Indiana Accredited Master Horticulturists. The goal of the certification is to develop knowledgeable, motivated, professional employees for the landscape nursery industry as well as here at Ricci’s Landscape Management. Ricci’s Landscape Management currently has over 17 individual Horticulturists as well as 3 Master Horticulturists from the President to the Field crews to the Office staff.
Aquascape – Certified Aquascape Contractors (CACs) are the most qualified and informed water feature installers in the industry able to install and maintain low-maintenance water features. They offer training, tools, and resources to help guide our crews to achieve high performance. Ricci’s Landscape Management is a Master Certified Aquascape Contractor.
Professional Drainage Contractor (PDCC) – All salesman at Ricci’s Landscape Management are certified Professional Drainage Contractors through NDS for having demonstrated an understanding of drainage principles and practices, and through a satisfactory evaluation of presented material.
