Since the ripe age of 10, Dean Ricci, Jr. has been in the green industry. Dean started cutting lawns in Four Seasons and continued throughout high school. His hard work helped pave the way for his education at IU Northwest. In 1994, he knew that he could offer better services and a more scientific way of beautifying people's landscapes, so he embarked upon creating RLM from scratch. 15 years later, RLM is now one of the most successful and growing (pardon the pun) businesses in Northwest Indiana. Dean's vision of making the landscaping and maintenance business a professional, full-service package has proven to be exactly what the customer wants.
